This is a famous dish and it has trascended beyond Spain so it has become an international dish

CREMA CATALANA

Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
6 egg yolks
150 g sugar
4 Tbspns corflour
1 cinanom stick
1 large lemon rind

Method
boil the milk with cinamon stick and lemon rind.
Beat the egg yolks with little cold milk.
Add sugar and corn flour and stir to mix.
remove lemon rind and cinamon stick and add the beaten egg yolks and remove from the stove.
Stir until thick.
Serve in individual glasses o cups.
