the best part is that you can bake the empty bread cups and bring to office and just dump any thing on it and eat as snacks. in no time, I think your office colleagues will also ask u for recipe Very Happy

beancurd

just bake the cups first..then add the chix and mango bit in later. unless the chix is not cook, then you might want to put everything in first like Hugbear does it with hers.

Tried baking the bread bowls last night for supper. Used 2 types of stuffing: ham & cheese and the other one, tuna and mayo, like Gina's. Yummy!! Very Happy : Very Happy My kids finished 6 each, still not enough. Will make this for my son's birthday party this afternoon and hopefully take some pics. Haven't learnt to upload pics yet, not very computer-savvy Embarassed. Will get down to doing so.....

in order not to waste the left over bread, beat an egg, add milk, butter and sugar, mix well and throw the bread inside a microwavable cup. high for 7 mins and u get ur quick bread pudding. Very Happy

This fingerfood must be eaten when it's just out of the oven. When it is cold, it's not so nice.
