my fillings: bacon, red and green capsiums with mozz. cheese.

thnks for the wonderful recipe.. tried it many times and finished real fast..

one question.. feel like bring this for my office's pot luck... if i were to bake at 7am.. by 12 pm will it still be crispy or like lao hong already ?

you can bake them ahead like 7am. then packed it into a plastic container. that's what I do too. think of it like the way they packed those Kueh pie tee cups coffee

I was able to step out the house..see doc mah..okay, answer u on this

There are 100 of ways to do this.

As you can see I added crabsticks, cheese. I usually use Mozzarella cheese because everyone loves that. As that is often used in Pizza. If not, you can try Cheddar Cheese that comes in a block, so you just grate the amount you want.

Other stuff you can add is chicken franks(sausages) or tuna flakes or any bite size food. Or even fried rice and top it with cheese.

Or char siew bits or bacon bits..or turkey ham, honey baked ham, even Fish fingers or chicken nuggets that are chopped.

list is endless...okay I gotta to run.

Hello all!! I've tried using the same method with wonton skin and frozen prata using a mini muffin pan some time ago. This method is very versatile and expandable.
