My first contribution: this smoothie taste great and is pretty filling too, can make a convenient breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up

3-4 strawberries, hulled
1 small banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tub(75g) low-fat yogurt (natural or flavoured)
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp tahini

Blend everything till smooth.

I omitted the tahini as I don't have that. The honey can be omitted if your orange juice is very sweet. Sorry for the lack of picture as I finished the drink before I could take a pic, shall update when I next make this again.

Jo, tahini is a paste made from sesame seeds, think peanut butter but made with sesame seeds Smile

Eh, no particular brand, you can look under the health foods section in supermarkets.

Besides smoothie, actually this can be used as a bread spread also, nice nutty aroma. But since sesame seeds are high in calories (although it mostly the 'good' fats), do take in moderation if there's any health concerns.
