i'm a potato lover too. wat i normally do for my bread filling:

5 large potatoes
8-10 eggs
pepper
mayonnaise
black pepper

Mashed the potatoes, eggs
Mix them together with mayonnaise
Add black pepper

the mayonnaise i used is the japanese version. i like it cos it has a sweetness to it. by using this, i don't put salt. But if i used d kraft brand, then i will add salt.
