This recipe i took it from my szechwan style chinese cooking book. But I haven't tried it yet, because we don't like crab. The picture in the cook book looks good, so i want to share this recipe with all of u here.

Ingredient:
1 3/4 lb or 800g crabs
1 cup flour
Mix A
2 Tbsp each minced green onion, garlic and ginger
Mix B
3/4 cup catchup
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp fermented wine rice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp hot soy bean paste
Method
1. Wash the crab and cut it into serving pieces, dredge with flour.
2. Heat the wok with oil, deep fry the crab until golden and drain.
3. Keep 3Tbsp oil in the wok and stir fry with Mix A until fragant. Add in the crab and add Mix B, cook until boil and serve.
