errr..

Lyn please don't use capital letters like that. its considered impolite for postings on the web.

it looks like you are shouting at the Moderator.

its easy for people to misunderstand your intention as they can't hear/see if you are joking or are angry.

Toon & Yummybear: Just want to share with you two how my tahu telor mould looks like:

It's just a round ring. Height 7.5cm, Diameter 9cm.

A Miracle has happened! Very Happy

Thanks Zurynee, Judy, Karlskrona, Lynn and Rusti for the tips and pic. Now, all I need is to buy tongs for the mould. How I wish I was back living in Holland Village instead of Holland

Thanks for the tip Lynn_m. Appreciate it. By the way, is this dish oily? I mean, you have to put the mixture in the mould and there is oil in it. My girl is in puberty stage so she is rather prone to having pimples now. Thanks

hmmmm... I guess it is something like the fried chicken.
Just make sure the oil is real hot before u start puting the mould in the oil. Let it be in the oil for a few while before you start adding the tofu & egg mixture. once you fried it and the sides are brown as well...
just strain excess oil then put in on a piece of those disposable kitchen towel and it will be ok.

I got this mould from a shop call '5B', its located along the shop houses opp joo chiat complex, I bought it at about $5.30. The price tag also mention tahu telur on it. I also saw the mould at Gin Hip Lee but it cost more in GHL.
