Boil the ribs in water, covered, over low heat for about 2 hours.
Remove and place in a tray with wire rack. Keep the broth for a soup.
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.

I just made the sauce out of my head  so trust your instinct to match your taste.
Make a sauce:
1 grated clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon ketchup or tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce

Mix everything and coat the meat, first on 1 side... place under broil for 3 minute (watch it for it get's burned easy)... turn, and coat with sauce and place again under broil.
Repeat an all sides until sauce is gone.
When serving, squeze fresh lemon on it.
