I want to try this recipe but 2 questions,

Is it a must to add peanuts?
Is this dish suitable for 2 years old ?

if you don't want to add peanuts, its fine too. Its added as this is the traditional dish.

for 2 years old, best not to give too much glutinous rice. as it may cause wind and discomfort.

3princesses

Do share this recipe with your friends and family. Its a recipe that everyone loves and so easy to make, inexpensive too. costs of living going very high these days. see stars

best is, can make a lot and keep in the fridge. Just steam to reheat or MW for 2 mins on HIGH..can eat anytime. However, I suggest not to eat this as supper as it can cause stomach to be bloated, cannot sleep.

Smile

Hi Gina,

Thanks for the wonderful recipe! Easy and yummy!
Is it possible to keep in freezer? If not, how long can we keep it in the fridge?

Thanks once again Smile

not freezer. or the rice will turn rock hard. even after steaming, it won't be soft again.

this is best eaten within a week or so.
