2 medium size cloves of garlic
1 handful (as much as you can keep in your fist) of fresh parsley (no cilantro)
1 stalk of green onion
a little of fresh thyme
a little of fresh basil
1 cm thick slice of lemon with skin (no seeds)
2 dry chili
olive oil (about 50 ml)
and a little of water (just enough to be able to blend)
Blend to sauce and use as rub for meat (roast).
Or serve aside mixed with sour cream as a dip for BBQ or any other meat.
As a child my family's menu consisted of two choices: take it or leave it.
