Rich and creamy yet light on the palate...how is this possible with a cheesecake?
Well just try this and you will know...
Published last year in August's Food and Travel magazine,hope you enjoy it.
Orange and chocolate are best friends and the addition of orange blossom water perfumes this cake really well!
Use digestive biscuits if you add the orange blossom water.

what is the weight of 1 1/2 rolls of oreo cookies? here, we have long & short rolls. 1 small carton of sour cream - is it 200gm?

ok... 1.5 rolls of Oreo is equivalent to about 22 cookies...you can use a bit more if you like a thicker crust,up to 25.

Yes,sour cream is about 200g. Hope you enjoy baking this. Smile

Alannia,no...not really. As there is reduced sugar in the cake,the slightly tart orange filling and the sweet crust go well together...don't worry it is not overly sweet!
