My lao gong and I loved this soup,do try it.Oh,by the way,I drank it during my breastfeed period and it does help to increase my milk flow,hehe..With the addition of ikan bilis,it provides some calcium as well.

Green papaya and peanuts soup
1 green Hawaii papaya(or half a large papaya)-cut into chunks
200g peanuts
handful of ikan bilis
pork ribs-rinsed and blanced before using

1.Boil the ikan bilis to obtain the stock, then add in the rest of ingredients.
2.Bring to boil, then leave it to simmer for about 2 hours.Enjoy.

Hi,bannbann,
You can try looking for it at ntuc,or seng siong...basically,it is unripe papaya, normally,I will get semi ripe hawaii papayas as it is smaller ,hence sufficient for just the two of us....
Do try out the soup, hope you like it...
Very Happy
