Ingredient (A)

2 cucumbers (cut into 1cm thickness)
2 red chillies (remove seeds and slant cut 1cm length)
1 onion (cut quarter and remove piece by piece)
1 celery (remove the veins and slant cut 1cm length)
*can also use lotus roots if u have them

Ingredient (B)

1 cup water
1 cup soya sauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1.5 tsp whole pepper

Procedure

1. Prepare the vegetables (A).
2. Boil the ingredient (B). When it boils pour the mixture directly in (A).
3. When cooled but in glass container. Ready to eat in 2-3 days time.
4. If u want to eat longer then 1 mth remove the liquid mixture from the vegetables at about 2 weeks time. Boil the mixture again. Cool and pour back.
