Hi everyone! I've tried this simple recipe for a zillion times now, and it always comes out perfect! Very Happy Any type of ingredient goes well with it (puff pastry) and better still, it is QUICK and EASY!

In this case, I'm making my favourite tuna pizza!

Ingredient:
1 sheet of puff pastry, ready-made
1/2 can tuna in brine (375g)
3tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp mayonaise (this is a must! yummy )
1/2 tomato sliced
1/2 cup cheese

Method:
1)Preheat oven 200 degrees fan-forced.
2)Placed puff pastry onto a baking tray.
3)Put tomato sauce and mayonaise onto pastry. Smear sauces together, all over the pastry
4)Placed tomato, and tuna all over the "sauced-smeared" pastry.
5)Top off pastry with cheese
6)Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden
7)Serve hot yummy

you can use any type of cheese. Most of the time i mix both mozerella and cheddar cheese because mozerella will provide the "strings" on cheese, while cheddar gives more cheesy flavour. Very Happy
