digging out all my old recipes. I use the sweet bun dough recipe which I learnt from Mayer marketing some years back

here's the link
http://forum.kitchencapers.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=497
yummy

Ingredients
500g sweet bun dough(see link above for recipe)
100g fine sugar
1.5 tbsp cinnamon powder
100g chocolate chips
50g melted butter(unsalted)

Method
1. Mix sugar, cinnamon powder together.
2. Roll dough on a floured table and spread melted butter on top.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over the buttered area.
4. Roll up like a swissroll
5. cut into 2cm thickness and stuff it into a large square pan. Or you can put each one into a muffin tray.
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
7. Leave it aside to proof for 30 mins or until it doubles in size.
8. Baked in preheated oven for 20 mins.
9. Serve warm with hot coffee and cream

Have you tried spreading the chips before you roll instead of on top? or are they going to be too melted by the time they finished baking? I would love to try this next. Thanks!
