For the laksa recipe, go to this link



Ingredients
1 large cured squid, sliced into thin shreds
3 tbsp laksa paste
1 tsp sugar

Method
1. Heat up a pot of water and boil cured squids till it curls. About 10 mins.
2. Drain and discard water.
3. Heat up wok and add laksa paste, a bit of oil(sambal oil from the paste).
4. Add squids and sugar and stir fry over high heat for 3 mins.
5. Serve hot with plain rice.

its actually cured squids..but our local terms we call it cuttlefish.
