this is how i usually do my veg for dinners

a bunch of phuay leng, soaked and dripdried, cut into bite sized
half bunch of enoki mushrooms(or any other mushroom u like)
4-5 prawns, shelled, deveined, cut into 2
2-3 garlic chopped
1/2 cup of water or any stock
salt to taste

1. saute garlic till fragrant.
2. add phuay leng and stir fry
3. add the mushroom and stir fry.
4. add prawns and salt and quickly stir.
5. add water or stock and give a stir.
6. simmer for 10 seconds or so.
7. serve!

it's simple, economical, healthy and delicious.
