Makes 2 to 3 glasses.

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocado
2 tsp of honey
milk(i use daisy hi-low milk)
4 to 8 ice cubes(depending on how thick or thin u want the drink to be)

Method:
1. half the avocado and put the flesh into the blender.
2. add in the honey.
3. add milk, fill to the 3000ml mark.. if you want more watery smoothie add more
4. add in ice cubes. Blend till well mix.
5. pour into chilled glass with a few ice cubes and serve.

note* this drink is very filling due to the avocado.. so u can add more milk/icecubes and dilute it if you dont want get too full. suitable to drink it as a meal

Another more 'fattening' way is to add chocolate in it. A "Padang' restaurant in KL has this on the menu - avacado smoothie with liquid chocolate in it (in place of the honey). Very yummy.

Very Happy Looks good.

How long can I keep this drink? Must drink it immediately? I was thinking of making it in the morning and bring to office.

Will definitely try out this drink.
