the colour of pink is very faint. Almost white. So I added strawberry sauce and granola on top.

Yields 1 litre
Ingredients
500ml Pomerganate Soy milk(Marigold's)
50g castor sugar *
250ml Whipping cream(non dairy)
2 tbsp gelatine powder
2 tbsp hot water

Method
1. Add whipping cream, sugar and soy milk to whip till creamy and thick.
2. Melt gelatine powder with hot water till its thick and slimy
3. Add jelly into the mixer to whip with cream
4. Pour contents into a large container box and freeze overnight
5. Serve with Japanese red beans**

* Reduce sugar as pre packed soy milk are already sweetened.

**Chef Secret's boss Irene Yip says this ice cream was very smooth and creamy. She added the red beans on top and said it was heavenly! yummy
