INGREDIENTS:
50 grams sugar
50 grams of butter
1 / 2 beaten egg
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking soda
100 gm of flour
Mix sugar with the melted butter and beat bien.we add the egg and beat until it thickens.
to hand mix the flour with baking soda (or baking) and add to the mix, too salt.
Get the flour gradually, it must be a mass of not sticking to their hands but consistent.
kneaded well and we formed balls the size of a penny.I put the tray in the oven and put them at 180 degrees about 6 minutes.
Let cool and one of the melted chocolate and mix gently with cookies.
We formed a few thumbtacks 4 cookies or so with the help of a spoon and let them dry chocolate.
When dry, melt the chocolate and another when this warm, we put above all other chocolate covering well as cool and ready to holes.

Do you use 1 type of chocolate or 2 types (choc and white)? Looks very interesting.

I went to your blog and find this cookie really interesting. Might give it a try when I lay hands on white chocolate. Thanks.

Stef

maybe can help to rename the topic? different cookies may be too vague. I have seen this type of cookie before, just cannot remember what it is called.
