|Chicken wings stays crispy even when its cooled.
10 pcs of whole chicken wings
50g plain flour
1 small lime, optional
2 tbsp preserved tau cheo(soya beans)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1. You can cut the wings to separate the drumlets from the middle joint or leave it as it is.
2. Mix the seasoing together and marinate with the wings for 20 mins.
3. Coat wings with flour and deep fry in hot wok for 10 minutes.
4. Drain excess oil and serve hot with chilli sauce or ketchup. Squeeze lime over the wings before serving.
