Its supposed to be saying something about Happy Deepavali. Sorry I don't read Tamil. But the template I use had all these on it. So I presumed it is.

This took only 1.5 hours to paint. The weather is good today. So many parts of the painting took a shorter time to dry.

I liked this effect on the words the most. It gives it that rustic copper rust look.

one angle of it

The closed up look to see how a good fine tip brush can bring out..all the lines, curves. The brush costs S$22.00. I had to get 3 !!

It's beautiful Gina. I too can't read the words but each line is so sharp and well defined. Could you share what kind of template and paint you used - edible paint right?

the template is plastic. Its actually made for use with chocolates but I improvised it and use it with fondant.

yes, its painted with edible food colouring which in this case, I use ChefMaster liquid gel colours.
